High-end senior living community in East Memphis featuring independent, assisted living and memory care facilities.

Ground up construction of a 175,000 square foot, mixed-use development featuring 138 apartments and ground floor retail in Lakeland, TN.

Artspace is a mixed-use, adaptive reuse, project that includes two buildings as part of its creative campus. The project includes 58 units of affordable live/work housing for artists and their families. The warehouse building also features commercial space for arts organizations and businesses.

The focal point of this project is a 65,000 square foot, 7-story brewery building constructed in 1890. The renovated space features 44 apartments, 10,000 square feet of office space and 5,000 square feet of restaurant space.

Built in 1926, the eight-story, neo-gothic Hickman Building was previously included on the Downtown Memphis Commission’s “Dirty Dozen” list of boarded-up properties that it wanted to see rehabilitated. Today, the 78,300 square-foot building houses 5,000 square feet of retail on the ground floor, 40 apartments on the middle floors, and offices for the investment management firm SouthernSun Asset Management on the top two floors.

Renovation of existing 300,000 sf, historic building to include 159 residential units and commercial space.

The Nine at Memphis is a 114-unit / 385-bed student housing community located adjacent to the University of Memphis. The Nine provides residents with luxurious amenities such as a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, 7,700 square-foot clubhouse, and community café.

New 111,961 sf, four-story high-end student apartment community with 72 residential units, swimming pool, gym and clubhouse. 

Dual branded hotel located in Germantown, Tennessee as part of the Gravure development. The 150,000-square-foot building holds both a 129-room Hilton Garden Inn and 91-room Home2 Suites by Hilton. The project consolidates back office operations and amenities including a single, larger laundry room and shared swimming pool.
